A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is needed to reserve your reservation. In the event you need to cancel your reservation
we will gladly apply your deposit towards a future reservation. The remaining balance is due three weeks before your arrival.
We accept check or money order. A $300.00 security deposit is needed before you check in. After the unit is inspected and no damage
is reported your security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of your departure.
Our management company also has available discounted park and attraction
tickets, rentals of barbecue grilles, DVD players, additional televisions, and other requested items. For handicapped
guests, we can help to make arrangements with local providers for nursing services and medical supplies, special
transportation, and regular monitoring.
