This Florida Vacation Rental located inside the luxury Emerald
Island Resort in Kissimmee, Florida features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths
and will comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. This vacation rental
is equipped with central air conditioning and a very convenient
in unit laundry room. The townhouse is wired for cable TV and telephones
in the main living room and bedrooms.
The two-story vacation rental has a large master bedroom with a
glass sliding door leading to a private balcony that overlooks one
of the many beautifully landscaped courtyards of this vacation resort.
The master bedroom also has direct access to a private bathroom
with an oversized shower.
Also included inside this vacation rental is a fully equipped kitchen
with a dishwasher, stove, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, an over
the stove microwave and coffee maker. Located just off the kitchen
you will find the half bath and a laundry room with a full size
washer, dryer and ironing board with iron. The separate dining area
features a large dining table with seating for six and a breakfast
bar.
The vacation rental's main living area features a 35 inch cable
equipped television, love seat and a sofa that pulls out to a queen
size bed. The sliding glass doors lead out to a covered patio where
you can rent a BBQ grill for added enjoyment.
The full bathroom in this vacation rental features a full size tub
and shower. One of the bedrooms features a queen size bed with end
tables and a large, roomy closet. The final bedroom has two twin
size beds with plenty of closet space for your little ones.
This property is a few minutes from Walt Disney World and only 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios.
